Manual review

Payment creates a booking request for manual review. If the selected fare or availability changes before issuance, we will contact you with the available options. Travel only after receiving the official operator ticket.

After ticket issuance

Operator rules, deadlines, deductions, and service fees may apply. A request is not complete until it has been confirmed by our support team and, where required, by the operator.
