About SpanishTrain: Booking, Support & E-Tickets

Planning diagram; check the current conditions of your selected ticket.
SpanishTrain is an independent train-booking intermediary operated by WISE UP LIMITED. The railway company named on your ticket operates the train. A payment to SpanishTrain submits a request for manual review; it is not an operator-issued ticket or a guarantee of a reserved seat.
Where to check an order and an issued train ticket
Keep the booking reference and the official operator ticket together, but understand their different roles. The order records the request and payment through SpanishTrain; the issued ticket records the train service and the travel details needed for boarding. Check the operator, date, station names and passenger details when the e-ticket is delivered.
If something is missing or incorrect, contact the support channel shown on the site with your booking reference. Do not assume that a request sent to support has already changed the operator’s ticket. Any change, cancellation or refund depends on the applicable ticket and booking conditions and needs its own confirmation.
Who can use the current service?
The current booking flow accepts travelers aged 18 or older, with no more than four passengers per order. A railway operator may offer child fares, family products or assistance that this website does not currently support. Do not enter an adult age for a child to bypass the booking limits. For a requirement that is not available in the booking form, contact support before payment or use a suitable operator sales channel.
From search to the official ticket
- Search your city pair and travel date. Results depend on the services and availability returned by the providers; they do not establish complete coverage of every operator.
- Read the departure and arrival stations, train number, fare conditions, passenger count, luggage entitlement and payable total. Availability and price are refreshed before order creation.
- Enter accurate passenger and contact details, review the terms and pay only when the displayed trip meets your needs.
- Our team reviews the request and attempts to secure the selected service. Availability or fare changes may require further contact.
- Travel only once the official operator ticket has been issued and delivered. Check every journey and passenger detail on that document.
Payment, availability and delivery
An order number, payment receipt or confirmation email is not a substitute for the railway ticket. Manual processing has no fixed delivery-time promise. If departure is approaching and no operator ticket has arrived, check your email, spam folder and order information, then contact support. Do not buy another ticket merely because a message is delayed without checking whether the first request has already been fulfilled.
What to check before paying
Compare the full payable amount and the conditions of the exact fare, including any displayed service or optional charges. Operator luggage, change and cancellation rules can differ even on the same route. Review SpanishTrain’s terms and refund policy alongside the fare conditions. Do not infer a free refund from the words “premium” or “flexible”.
Contact and booking support
Use the website contact page or contact@spanishtrain.com and quote your order reference. Explain the requested change and travel date. A request sent to support is not a confirmed ticket change: wait for written confirmation and, where needed, a replacement ticket. Never send payment-card security codes or a password in an email.
