Terms of Service

SpanishTrain is an independent booking intermediary operated by WISE UP LIMITED; it is not a rail operator. Train services and operator tickets are provided by the operator shown in the search result.

Booking requests

Search results and fares can change. We recheck the selected journey, fare, passenger count, and price before creating an order. Payment starts a manually reviewed booking request and does not by itself mean that a ticket has been issued.

Passenger responsibility

Passengers must provide accurate details that match their travel documents and must meet the age and document requirements shown during checkout. The current online flow supports 1–4 adults aged 18 or older.

Ticket delivery and travel

A booking is ready for travel only after the official operator ticket has been issued and delivered. Passengers are responsible for checking the operator ticket, station, departure time, identity-document requirements, and operator conditions.

Changes, cancellations, and liability

Changes and refunds follow the selected fare and operator rules. Service disruption, schedule changes, and onboard operations are controlled by the rail operator. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
