Terms of Service

SpanishTrain is operated by WISE UP LIMITED as an independent booking intermediary. We are not Renfe, OUIGO, iryo or the actual rail carrier. The operator identified on the ticket provides the transport service and its ticket conditions apply.

Scope and passenger information

Family booking, when available in the passenger selector, supports up to 9 travellers including infants. Adult fares start at 14; children are 0–13, with individual ages on the travel date. Children aged 0–3 without a separate seat travel free; select a child fare for a separate seat. At least one traveller must be 18. All travellers, including free infants, need passenger details. Children cannot use iryo Quiet Coach. Provide accurate passenger, contact and journey details. Review the exact stations, date, train, fare conditions, currency and final total before submitting. Route guides are planning information, not confirmation that every route, operator or fare is available to book.

Search, order and payment

Schedules, fares and availability can change. We refresh the selected fare before order creation; a saved quote or unpaid order does not reserve a guaranteed ticket. Pay using the checkout method shown for the order. If an order or payment result is uncertain, check My orders and contact support before submitting again.

Manual review and official ticket

Payment starts manual booking review. It does not by itself confirm ticket issuance. We arrange issuance after checking availability and conditions, and contact you if the proposed fare or availability changes. No immediate issuance or fixed processing deadline is promised. Travel only after receiving and checking the official operator e-ticket.

Travel, luggage and changes

Follow the operator’s document, boarding, luggage, assistance and fare rules. Changes and refunds follow the chosen fare, operator conditions and the refund policy. Delays, cancellations, station access and onboard operations are managed by the rail operator; contact us for assistance with your booking.

Support and legal rights

Contact contact@spanishtrain.com with your order number. Our privacy and cookie policies explain the handling of information used for the service. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer or passenger rights.
